Meeting Room (Video Conferencing & Presentations)

The classic video conferencing is no longer available. A Logitech camera replaces the classic video conferencing.

To use classic video conferencing, you can use a multimedia computer and go to the Renavisio service.

Webcam MeetUp

A Logitech camera suitable for the room is available for free use:

It functions as a webcam, microphone, and speaker.

Connect it to the standard USB port of your laptop.

Compatibilities:

• Skype
• Teams
• Zoom
• Google Hangouts
• BigBlueButton
• Scopia (classic video conferencing via computer)
• etc...

Works well on both Mac and Windows. Linux also appears to be well supported.

The remote control is basic. For our needs, we will most often use the following functions:

• zoom
• sound adjustment
• positioning

After use, please put away the cables and the remote control.

Nec TV

The large Nec screen is available in both HDMI and VGA. The cables are located to the left of the TV.

The screen remote control is available under the screen.

• To use it in HDMI... press the HDMI button.
• To use it in VGA... press the VGA button.
