Meeting Room (Video Conferencing & Presentations)

The classic video conferencing system is no longer available. A Logitech camera replaces the classic system.

To use classic video conferencing, you can use a multimedia computer and go to the Renavisio service.

Webcam MeetUp

A Logitech camera adapted for the room is available for free use:

It functions as both a webcam, microphone, and speaker.

Connect it to the standard USB port of your laptop.

Compatibilities:

• Skype
• Teams
• Zoom
• Google Hangouts
• BigBlueButton
• Scopia (classic video conferencing via computer)
• etc.

Works well on both Mac and Windows. Linux appears to be well supported.

The remote control is basic. For our needs, we will most often use the following functions:

• zoom
• sound adjustment
• positioning

After use, please put away the cables and the remote control.

Nec TV

The large Nec screen is available in both HDMI and VGA. The cables are located to the left of the TV.

The screen remote control is available under the screen.

• If you want to use HDMI... press the HDMI button.
• If you want to use VGA... press the VGA button.
