A proximity IT specialist is dedicated to support every working day from 7:45 AM to 6:00 PM during the academic period and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM outside of the academic period.
For any requests or incident notifications, please follow this procedure:

You can resolve the issue yourself: a comprehensive user documentation is available at https://doc.isima.fr.
- It allows you to resolve many issues and can always be improved, consult it and feel free to correct it or suggest additions. It saves time for everyone.

Your request requires IT specialist intervention and can wait a few hours: you can create a ticket in the ticket manager (https://support.isima.fr ).
- During the academic year, the proximity team prioritizes educational issues to ensure practical work runs smoothly. The entire ISIMA/LIMOS CRI service is notified of each ticket creation and will respond as soon as possible.

Your request is urgent: the proximity team is located in office A109 and can be reached at (04 73) 40 52 62
- Office A109 serves as the single point of contact for all direct requests
Missions✯
- Maintain the operational condition of ISIMA and LIMOS network and information systems
- Design and/or implement services required for administration, education, and research
- Provide level 1, 2, and 3 support
- Support scientific research
