General Overview

The home page of the My intranet management tool provides centralized access to services, support, user management, and mailing lists. It is organized into different sections, each dedicated to a specific area. Below is a detailed description of the visible elements.


At the top of the page, you will find a navigation bar containing several tabs allowing quick access to different intranet functionalities.

  • Directory: Provides access to user and group management within the infrastructure.
  • Teaching: Provides access to specific resources for teachers (syllabi and company relations).
  • Services: Function not implemented.
  • VMs: Provides access to control of your virtual machines.
  • VPN: Allows you to retrieve VPN connection files to access the establishment's remote network.
  • Admin: Section dedicated to administrators for advanced tool management.
  • Username: Displays options related to your account, such as account settings, internal regulations, and logout.
  • Language: Language selector to change the interface language (e.g., here, selected in French with a French flag visible). The site is only partially translated into English.

  • Subscriber: Displays the number of lists to which the user is subscribed (here, 24).
