The IT department uses a ticket management system: GestSup, to process IT support requests.

Please prefer this service over email or hallway discussions to ensure that your request is logged, recorded, and directed to the appropriate person.

  • Log in with your UCA account
  • Create a request by clicking New ticket (top left)
  • You can attach a file if necessary
