Installing the OpenVPN client on smartphones✯
Due to the variety of OS versions for smartphones, we will not provide detailed documentation.
You will find below the classic download links for the OpenVPN client
Some smartphones/browsers may not allow you to send your .ovpn file directly to your OpenVPN application. There are several ways to work around this issue, including:
- Send the ".ovpn" file to your email and you should be able to open it in connection with the OpenVPN application.
- On iTunes, you can select your iPhone, go to the OpenVPN application, and "drag and drop" your ".ovpn" file into the application to inject the configuration file.
In any case, follow the documentation of the application you are using.
