Whether you are a teacher, researcher, or external contributor, upon your first connection to https://my.isima.fr, after validating the ISIMA internal regulations and the charte du bon usage de l'IA générative (Charter for the proper use of generative AI), you will be presented with a list of choices containing all the addresses known by ISIMA and LIMOS.

Mail préféré

The address you select here will be the address to which all messages from our ISIMA/LIMOS mailing lists will be sent.

  • In the case of an external contributor, this is an opportunity to choose, for example, your personal address rather than the @ext.uca.fr address created by UCA when the account was created.

Warning

The preferred address will only be used for ISIMA/LIMOS mailing lists. UCA will continue to send messages to the @ext.uca.fr address.

  • In the case of a teacher-researcher or ISIMA/LIMOS staff member, this is an opportunity to choose between the @uca.fr, @isima.fr, or @limos.fr addresses.

Warning

Although possible, selecting a personal email address for a teacher-researcher or staff member is strongly discouraged.
