Accounts and Access to ISIMA Machines

If you are teaching courses at ISIMA, you should normally have a UCA account

This account will allow you to log in to any application server, classrooms, and personal virtual machines.

If this account does not exist, you can request the creation of an ISIMA/LIMOS account or the creation of a temporary guest UCA account.

General Information

Using Your Own Machine

You may need to use your own laptop for your practical work (TP).

In this case, your only concern is Internet access.

  • You can use a port labeled INVITE (see also here), which will automatically provide network access.
  • You can use WiFi. Use WiFi (Eduroam) (remember to configure it before attending class) with your UCA credentials.

If you need WiFi and do not have a UCA account, you can request the creation of a temporary guest UCA account.

In Case of Problems

If you encounter difficulties, have questions about IT resources, or have requests: do not hesitate to contact the ISIMA IT team by creating a ticket in the Ticket Manager (https://support.isima.fr )
