Workstation

For teachers, PhD students, postdocs, ATER (temporary teaching and research associates), and administrative staff

The equipment loaned to you upon arrival must be returned upon departure.

All computers are:

  • encrypted regardless of the OS, this is an obligation from CNRS, UCA, and ANSSI. A recovery key is stored in a secrets manager by the CRI ISIMA/LIMOS service

  • provided with administrator rights for the main user. They can install any software they wish.

    With great power comes great responsibility...

    Please carefully read the various user charters to which you are subject!

  • the property of UCA or CNRS, even if purchased with research project funds

  • equipped with a local account cri: this will be useful if the IT team needs to intervene on this machine. Please leave it enabled!

  • ready to use the printers

  • ready to mount your personal storage space

For students

The equipment provided to students must be left as-is for the next users.

Please:

  • do not eat in classrooms
  • reconnect any unplugged equipment
  • report any damaged or unusable equipment to your teacher or the CRI ISIMA/LIMOS service
