For non-IT issues, such as problems with your office (broken window, stuck lock, elevator malfunction, etc.), the correct contact is the DIL (Direction Immobilière et Logistique) of the INP.
You can submit an intervention request via ticket at https://gmao.clermont-auvergne-inp.fr.
Steps to ensure your ticket is properly processed:
- Log in with your UCA credentials (username and password)
- In the top-left navigation menu, select
Nouveauto access a new page - Provide at minimum a
quick descriptionof the issue and, if necessary, a detailed description - Expand the
emplacementfield to specify the location of the problem - Click
Enregistrer(top-right) to submit your request to the DIL INP
