Real Estate / Logistics Issue✯
For non-IT issues, such as problems with your office (broken window, stuck lock, broken elevator, etc.), the correct contact is the DIL (Direction Immobilière et Logistique) of the INP.
You can submit an intervention request via ticket on https://gmao.clermont-auvergne-inp.fr
Steps to ensure your ticket is properly processed:
- Log in with your UCA credentials (username and password)
- In the top-left navigation menu, select
Nouveau(New) to access a new page - Provide at minimum a
description rapide(quick description) of the issue and, if necessary, a detailed description - Expand the
emplacement(location) field to specify where the problem is occurring - Click
Enregistrer(Save) (top-right) to submit your request to the DIL INP
