Services and Resources✯
Software Administrative staff have access to basic office software (Microsoft Office and LibreOffice). For specific needs, other software can be installed by the IT service; for some, you will also need to ask your administrative manager to request access for you. These include Geslab (LIMOS management tool), Geisha, ADE (for academic affairs), SIFAC (ISIMA management tool), and WIT (badge management).
Note that UCA also provides many services: event planner, email, etc. See the service catalog.
Document sharing ISIMA and LIMOS administrative staff can exchange documents on network drives automatically mounted on their machines. You can request access by submitting your request to your administrative manager, who will forward it to the IT service.
UCA also offers a shared space: drive.uca.fr.
