Faculty / Researcher / PhD Student / PostDoc / ATER✯
Arrival at ISIMA/LIMOS✯
To use the ISIMA/LIMOS services, you must have a valid UCA account. This requires that your HR or academic records (for PhD students) at UCA are up to date.
PhD Students with Teaching Assignments
PhD students with teaching assignments have two UCA accounts: the PhD account should be used for LIMOS services, and the professional account for ISIMA services
Former PhD Students (EC/PostDoc/ATER)
PostDocs or ATERs who were previously PhD students at UCA may still have a valid doctorant.uca.fr account, but it can be closed at any time by UCA services. Please prioritize using the faculty account for ISIMA/LIMOS services in this case
Workstation✯
You will be provided with an encrypted workstation (Windows, Mac, or Linux, at your choice or your tutor's) that you will administer. Please read the user charters.
In practice...
Normally, this machine is pre-configured and ready for you upon arrival, with login credentials provided in an envelope. If not, please contact the CRI ISIMA/LIMOS support team.
