Webmail Open-Xchange✯
The new webmail for ISIMA / LIMOS is Open-Xchange. It is accessible at the address https://webmail.isima.fr.
It replaces SOGo, which was previously used. SOGo will remain accessible at the address https://mail.isima.fr for a while longer, but it is recommended to migrate to Open-Xchange.

Benefits of Open-Xchange✯
Open-Xchange is more modern and performant than SOGo. It is also easier to use and offers new features. Among the most notable are:
- Multiple email account management: You can add multiple email accounts in Open-Xchange and manage them from a single interface. By default, you will find:
- Your ISIMA / LIMOS email account
- Your Clermont Auvergne University email account
- You can add your service mailboxes.
- You can add your personal mailboxes (except Gmail accounts for now). No external mail is retained on ISIMA servers.
- More modern interface: Open-Xchange is more modern and pleasant to use than SOGo.
- Better mobile device integration: Open-Xchange is easier to use on mobile devices.
- More contact directories: We have integrated more contact directories in Open-Xchange. You will find contacts from ISIMA, LIMOS, Clermont Auvergne University as well as our mailing lists.

Connecting to the ISIMA - LIMOS Webmail✯
To connect to the ISIMA / LIMOS webmail, go to the address https://webmail.isima.fr.
You will then need to enter your @isima.fr or @limos.fr address along with your associated password.
Login information
- Email address: Your ISIMA / LIMOS email address.
- Password: Your UCA password.
You can also choose the interface language from the list at the top left of the page.

Quick overview of the different modules✯
Messaging✯
The Open-Xchange messaging module allows you to send and receive emails. You can also manage your mail folders, filters, signatures, out-of-office messages, etc.
From this module, you can retrieve your @isima.fr, @limos.fr, @uca.fr accounts, as well as your service mailboxes. In reality, you can add any mailbox except Gmail accounts for now.
Address Book✯
The Open-Xchange address book allows you to manage your contacts. You can add contacts, organize them into groups, import and export them.
You will find address books for ISIMA, LIMOS, UCA, as well as our mailing lists.
You can also synchronize your contacts with your mobile devices or Thunderbird. Unfortunately, synchronization of some address books is not possible at the moment.
Calendar✯
The Open-Xchange calendar module allows you to manage your appointments and events. You can add appointments, events, tasks, reminders, etc.
You can also share your calendars with other users.

The Open-Xchange tasks module allows you to manage your tasks. You can add tasks, organize them into lists, mark them as completed, etc.

FAQ✯
How do I redirect my emails to another address?✯
To redirect your emails to another address, you must go to the Open-Xchange Webmail settings. You will find an "Automatic Forwarding" button in the Mail settings. Click on it, then enter the email address to which you want to redirect your emails.
Attention
This procedure allows you to redirect emails sent to your @isima.fr or @limos.fr address to another address. This does not apply to emails sent to your @uca.fr (or other) address.
How do I set an out-of-office message?✯
To set an out-of-office message, you must go to the Open-Xchange Webmail settings. You will find an "Out-of-Office Message" button in the Mail settings. Click on it, then enter the message you want to automatically send in response to emails received during your absence.
Tip
You can also enable the out-of-office message for a mailbox other than your @isima.fr or @limos.fr address. To do this, you must first add the mailbox in Open-Xchange, then enable the out-of-office message in the settings of that mailbox. You can see the list of your mailboxes in the out-of-office message dialog box.
