Welcome of visitors or interns at LIMOS✯

For each visitor or intern at LIMOS, the following must be completed:

  • a welcome form (.doc or .pdf) with Martine Caccioppoli

  • a "guest" account will be created to access the University Clermont Auvergne (UCA) resources, including web access and printing (account previously created by LIMOS IT staff on the platform https://users.dsi.uca.fr; note: this account will be communicated by email, and you must absolutely activate your account (follow the procedure in the email)!!!)

In case of WIFI connection eduroam (no need for access to specific LIMOS resources)✯

Connect to the interface https://print.dsi.uca.fr and install the appropriate client based on your system and/or device from https://doc.limos.fr/imprimantes/installations/, section nomadic printing

In case of using LIMOS resources (e.g., access to computing machines)✯

  • the MAC address (provided in the welcome form mentioned above) of the laptop is communicated to cri@isima.fr and allows access to the LIMOS internal network for the visitor or intern
  • the printing procedure remains the same as above
