Deployment of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) at UCA

Like most public or private organizations providing online services, UCA is exposed to cyber threats, the severity of which continues to increase.

This is why UCA is implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) to strengthen access to its information system, starting with the ENT.

To enable multi-factor authentication on your account, you must follow the steps below in the exact order indicated.

• If you are UCA staff, please follow the procedure: MFA - Enabling multi-factor authentication from the ENT, for UCA staff

• If you are a UCA student, please follow the procedure: MFA - Enabling multi-factor authentication from the ENT, for UCA students

In all cases, you will need to register your mobile phone number in your ENT account, as well as download and install the TrustBuilder Authenticator application before initializing my PIN code.

It is also strongly recommended to register an additional connection device

• In case of MFA-related issues, the CRI ISIMA / LIMOS IT team can intervene directly on the user's account.
